Nursery Competitors Return Home Champions

The nursery landscape team did an amazing job representing Sedro-Woolley High School at the state finals competition over the weekend of Mar. 23.
The team took first in State in plant ID, first in State in test, and first in State for practicums. The team took overall second place in the state of Washington.
Senior Shawna Flores took first place individually, Emily Johnson took third place, Lindsey Joyce took seventh place, Julia Leyland took twelfth place, and Jenna Burrow took fifteenth place. These placings are the way the students are ranked individually in the entire state of Washington.
The nursery team ended an incredible season full of wins on a high note.
