Sedro-Woolley High School girls wrestling coach Barb Morgan won an award in Washington State for her efforts as coach. This fall, Morgan won the award from the Coaching Association for Girls Wrestling, and was the choice for the region, which encompasses Washington, parts of Idaho, and Oregon, for the national award.
“Barb, in our state, has been known as one of the pioneers to lead the way to girls wrestling becoming its own sport,” said Jerry Gardener, SWHS Athletic Director.
