The SWHS CTE Department will be hosting a CTE Spotlight event which will take place in the Sedro-Woolley High School auditorium on April 22, from 5:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. to showcase some of the work we have been doing in our classes.
Video Production class will be putting on a variety show called “Taskmaster: Sedro-Woolley” a local version of the hit British Comedy show Taskmaster. The live show, produced, directed, and written by students, will contain a mixture of live on stage performances and pre recorded content.
Four journalism teams worked on short documentaries featuring the the drug prevention programs at the high school, a feature of businesses in town and an interview with our town mayor, the Latinos in Action program as well as interviews with some of our wrestlers who placed this year at state.
Yearbook will showcase the photography sharing the life and times of students
The Sedro-Woolley Museum will also be showcasing some of the work they have been doing to digitize papers, going as far back as 1930. We are also hoping to showcase some of our other CTE classes and would love for you to be a part of the celebration.
